Easy Enchiladas! One of my favorite things to eat besides Italian food is Mexican. I enjoy going to Mexican restaurants and eating their food. Most Mexican restaurants serve a lot of food. I love that because I can get two meals out of one dish. I love socializing at a restaurant with family and friends.
